This week will be the hardest, both physically and mentally. On Monday and Tuesday, I have to drink 10 liters of water, which is very trying, especially with a zero carbohydrate intake. You will think twice about where to go because you can run to the toilet every 5 minutes! 🙂
Today I had to pick up the child at school, which is about a 20-30 minute drive depending on the traffic. I had the safety pee before I left, but halfway through I felt the need to step on the gas! 🙂 In front of the school, I flashed a hazard warning light and jumped out of the car and I ran in, which is forbidden in principle, the parents have to wait outside for the children. I ran up to the keeper’s cubicle and with clenched teeth and feet, I tried to tell the doorman not to be angry but to let me into the bathroom, because… God bless he got the point and just said with a big smile: Well, if you have to, you have to go! At the end of the corridor, turn right! – I sprinted like Usain Bolt would have been jealous! LOL
In addition to vitamins, trace elements, minerals, cartilage and joint protectors, amino acids, protein isolate, tilapia (I love it, the most delicious fish), and iceberg lettuce are my food. On Wednesday, the same with 5 liters of water, on Thursday with 3 liters of water, the carbohydrate loading comes with 400g of rice, on Friday with 2.5 liters of 500g of rice. I have to say that it is brutally difficult to eat so much rice!
On Friday, it will become clear what will become of this form with the above cure:
