Ezt a blogot azért indítottam, mert elegem lett a punnyadásból! Életmódot váltok, mert tudom, hogy NEKEM SEM LEHETETLEN! Nálam 40 évesen jött el ez a pont, de hiszem, hogy sosincs késő! Remélem a példám erőt ad másoknak is, hogy tegyenek saját egészségükért és sportolni kezdjenek! ----- I started this blog because I was hate of being fat! I change my lifestyle because it isn’t impossible for me neither! I’m 40 yeas old, but I guess it’s never too late. I hope that my example could be useful for others to do something for their own health!
