Beat myself

Today, nearly a month after the ominous fail, I pushed out 100kg! Without any help, twice! 😀 When I say “without any help” I mean physically of course. Workout fail

Circa I did not write here for two weeks, because it lasted until I get over my first serious gym fail. My first thought was that it isn’t a good idea to write this kind of “fail post” because it’s awkward and embarrassing. Why should I write about how I screwed up, right? Barbell curl

Bicepsz állva, kétkezes rúddal. Még nagyon sokat mozog a könyököm, erre nagyon oda kell figyelni, hogy igazán koncentrált legyen a gyakorlat!

Preacher curl

Ma szétszedtük a bicepszet! A scott-pados bicepsz francia rúddal nekem nagyon felpumpálja a karom. Akkor igazán koncentrált, ha minden egyes felhúzásnál megfeszíted a bicókat. Gyönyörűen telítődék vérrel és a végén olyan lesz, mint egy tégla! 🙂

Leg press 250kg

Első igazán kemény láb edzésemen kiderült, hogy nem is annyira erős a lábam, mint gondoltam! Emlékszem, ugyanezt a gyakorlatot ~18 évvel ezelőtt 400kg fölött teljesítettem. De sebaj, legalább világos a cél. Pláne, hogy ettől a 250kg-tól is újra kellett tanulnom a járást! 🙂
